with a passion. It bugs me to no end. I believe honesty is the best policy, so why must we play these games. Do I call him, or does he call me? Does texting count, or do I have to hear his voice on the other end of the line. Kiss on the first date, or no? I'm a Christian so sex is out of the question. Do former partners EVER get brought up or is that taboo? Don't get me wrong, I love the fellas. I just have this extreme distaste for the games that they play, and the games that my fellow females play. Why bother?

You're not the only one. I refuse to play the game too. Anyone who is going to play a game with you isn't worth being with, I think.
@the_last_kiss - Too true. If they are willing to toy with your emotions (and your mental state) at the beginning of the relationship, what makes you think they wont do the same thing down the line?
I think people play games because ultimately, they don't want to be alone--but they don't want to get hurt in the process of finding someone. It's all so ridiculous and complicated! That's why the best relationships are those easygoing uncomplicated ones where you can just be yourself.
@LaBellaMorena - I just wish I could find one of the easy, uncomplicated ones...
I don't play games. I never have and I never will, and I never appreciate it when guys try to play them, either. It seems like such a waste of time, not to mention being disrespectful to the other person. Just be straight with me and we'll be good.
